Soft gray or creamy nude tones are always elegant and classic. Layering similar tones and creating interest through texture can have just as much depth and interest as a dynamic colour scheme.

Refreshing

Came across this tip in an old issue of Martha Stewart...

Add citrus zest, mint leaves, or berries to ice cube trays before freezing and voila! Gorgeous decoration and subtle flavour for your  summer drinks.  Flowers work too.  Perfect in lemonade!

However, only use boiling water - regular tap will result in cloudy cubes!
